Exchanges/Refunds/Cancellations
EXCHANGES
- All exchanges must be requested within 7-days from the date the package was received.
- Exchanges for wrong sizes, color, and/or items are shipped at the customers expense.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct any issues.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, smoke/fragrance-free and in their resalable condition with all tags originally attached. Refunds/credits do not apply to items with reattached tags. Once the original tag is removed, it cannot be returned.
- Contact us at Customer Support to setup an exchange.
RETURNS
- If the merchandise is defective in any way upon it's arrival please contact us to setup either a return/exchange or a refund.
REFUNDS
- We do not accept "Buyers Remorse" returns.
- All sales are final on any digital mediums such as gift cards or any media downloads.
- Purchases made with Gift Cards can not be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS:
- 24hrs after the purchase has been made orders are unable to be cancelled.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:
- We currently do not offer this option.

For all returns/exchanges contact us within 7-days from date received. Any ineligible items received will not be refunded. The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to send the ineligible item(s) back to you; otherwise, the item will be discarded 7 days after arrival. Please be aware of this policy before sending in your exchange.
