Q: Do you ship to Canada?
A: Currently we only ship within the United States.
Q: How do I track my package?
A: Once your order has shipped a tracking number will be generated and emailed to you.
Q: I didn't receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?
A: If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact our customer service team at Customer Support.
Q: I no longer want the purchase I made recently can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you must let us know within 24hrs of placing your order if you wish to cancel before your order has started fulfillment. After 24hrs cancelling is prohibited.
Q: Is your site only in USD?
A: Yes, our site is in USD, along with the total cost of your order.
Q: I bought an item with a Gift Card may I get a refund?
A: Purchases made with Gift Cards can not be refunded.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our main shipping facility is located in North Carolina. However, robes & other linen items are shipped from Northern Europe.
Q: Can I use a discount code more than once.
A: Unfortunately our discount codes are only available for one use per customer.
Q: I forgot to add my discount code. Can you apply it after I placed my order?
A: Once an order is placed we cannot retroactively apply the discount code.
Q: What is the customer support email
